Gill is trash, most VSkill 2s are ass outside a few, netcode is still busted and the mod for PC is probably getting patched soon before online tournaments. Female Seth is just ugh to me as well. The communication from Capcom the last year with SFV was horrible and how they handled DLC. I get that VI is coming soon probably but the whole lifespan for this game has mostly been a struggle

Also, reminder that back in Decmeber of 2018 Sakurai said that Nintendo picked the DLC this time.

That’s why I’m not taking this whole “we are only mad because it’s fire emblem” take seriously because literally all people have done is cry for one reason or another about EVERY character lol

I think the problem big problem is:

Mario- 9 reps

Pokémon- 8 reps standard; 10 reps if you count Pokémon Trainer as 3

Fire Emblem- 8 Reps

Zelda- 6 reps

Metroid- 4 reps

Every other franchise has 3 reps or less. This is why another Fire Emblem character stings the most.

We have a ton of franchises that are underrepresented but we get another Fire Emblem Rep. Pokémon is the biggest media franchise in the world; Mario is the face of Nintendo. Fire Emblem makes no sense to have this many reps when there are so many underrepresented franchises or franchises who deserve it that aren’t represented at all.

Bruh people cried about Joker just like hero saying he was niche for Japan and nobody knew who he was. I remember that all too well.

As far as Banjo nobody complained about him getting in but had the audacity to be mad at Sakurai that Kazoie and Tooie aren’t on Switch. People find a reason to complain no matter what. Also when you play online I almost never see Banjo anymore for a character people begged for.

Joker was hype for all regions of the world, even Japan enjoyed Banjo who isn’t even popular in Japan.

There wouldnt be be any crying if they actually picked good character choices.
