This is Kendall fam cope, crossing documents isn't something that someone does the same way every time Those lines are straight af, he probably wrote the birthday card while at his desk in his office and used a ruler. His will was in his home safe I think, way different context if he made those changes to his will after a night of some drinks and seeing Kendall on TV speaking against the company

The intention of the testator is important when interpreting a will. They wouldn't do it because they can't portray instability in the company right now but hypothetically if Shiv/the company were to go to court challenging Kendall's appointment as CEO, I don't think Kendall wins that

He clearly underlined it. I feel like if it was a cross out he would’ve been abundantly clear by completely blacking it out or scribbling his name out considering the statement was about who would be CEO of a multi billion dollar media corporation.

It's a brilliant idea by the writers and it perfectly encapsulates the relationship Logan had with Kendall. Even from beyond the grave, Logan is (unintentionally?) playing mind games with him and it's something Kendall will never have clarity on

I'm convinced it was a crossing out because what reason would Logan have for underlining his name? Emphasis? People don't really underline names in a will. And with all that's been going on between Kendall and Logan since season 1, it seems far more likely that it's Logan crossing out his name

I'm mostly just playing devil's advocate because I'm seeing too much Shiv hate and Kendall praise in here
