Stranger things hasn’t been bonafide good in at least 7 years and even that’s a stretch

It was really nice of the Mind Flayer to assume a flesh and bones physical form after 5 seasons so our heroes could kill it

Overall a fun show to watch, it is very entertaining imo. Ending was weak but it is always hard to do a series finale. There are very few which i would consider great.

I wish there was more horror stuff like in the beginning of s4

Shoulda just ended with s4

This is why I feel like Will should of died with Vecna/The Mind Flayer. Or at least been put in some sort of coma and maybe awoke after the timeskip

They spaced the episodes out the way they did so people would forget about all the plot deadends

Just got caught up with this thread after watching the finale and can’t believe that I didn’t see anyone else say that the ending with Will saying what he thought happened to Eleven was extremely similar to the ending of the Leftovers with Nora saying what happened when she supposedly used the machine

did they not just set the tracker and follow once it escaped into the upside down (which was destroyed anyway?)
