Yeah I agree. I’m blaming both Congress and the senate for this. Trump’s request that they give him a direct payment only bill that he could sign off, and nobody acting on that, tells you all you need to know.

I do think Democrats really didn’t want to give Trump any sort of victory that close to the election. But once Biden is in I doubt republicans are going to want him to get any victories.
