Kinda sad they had to buy one of the biggest 3rd party devs in the world and restrict their games to get it though lol, can’t believe they scrapped the ps5 version of this. But yeah they’ve been through a lot.

Bethesda always been close to microsoft though like since the beginning so of course its a purchase but its fair and better than starfield being exclusive to ps5 which at one point was the plan

It was just gonna be a timed exclusive but yeah, I remember when I had fallout 3 on the xbox360 and we got the dlc earlier than playstation. Oblivion was exclusive too iirc

lol these timed exclusives add up there is no just timed exclusive when you do timed exclusive, can never come to game pass and exclusive marketing deal people forget. They want to play it first. The same way Final Fantasy xvi is eventually coming to pc but by the time it does will the port be given the same love or will people care?

Stray is just now coming to Xbox but full spoilers and thrill of it gone. Most people can't tell you that Sifu is on xbox. A lot of the timed exclusives and marketing deals are damn near as effective as never coming to the console because gamers want the new launch feel of being able to talk about it and experience it at the same time. Deathloop won game of the year the year it dropped a year later on Xbox gamepass people were like "yeah it was aight" lmfao

eh I feel like in todays gaming climate where there’s so many games out it’s not a big deal to wait. I was years later to rdr2 but I still loved every moment

I can't fully get into Red Dead Redemption 2 to understand the hype to the level it was at. I can't wait to see many of the elements implemented in next GTA though

I still haven't played TLOU 1 or 2, Sekiro, Dark Souls 1 or 3, MGS 5 even though I've owned them for years The need to play a game at launch is exaggerated imo, just avoid searching YouTube videos

What’s stopping you from playing them ?

Most of my collection is physical. I have a launch PS4 and there's a common issue with the power and eject buttons where the console just keeps ejecting, even when there isn't a disc in it. It got so bad that the console would randomly enter rest mode and turn back on while I was playing. Took it to a guy who fixed it and it was working great for a while, but now it's ejecting discs again

Would piss me off to be playing a game and lose progress because the console decided to spit the game out, so I just only play the digital games I own

booting up gta 5 again in quality mode reminded me how much I can't stand 30 fps now
