Was disappointed this launch wasn't a trainwreck, but the stans and haters are making up for it.

I enjoy it but this game has cons like any video game nothing is perfect. The divisive scores make sense its not for everyone and what is a small con or funny to one person could be immersion or game breaking to another. The actual discussion around the game itself is terrible though

I've made a couple posts since the game came out posting my personal rating is an accumulation of what I score it after playing the game for 3 days

hyperbole either way I would and have asked how long people are playing it. The person who said they were going to upgrade their pc for this I asked how much they had played it. I like discussing some.

I mean on this very same page and other pages we see people giving their opinion of the game or hoping it fails then a page later saying "I haven't played " or "I left the game running at work for a day "

If you don't like it or think its a 7/10, disaster, worst than cyberpunk launch, overhyped, overrated or whatever that is all fair to say. I just missed the why

All I saw was the same tired "I like Red Dead Redemption 2, Last of us 2 " and other games when its like regardless of even if you played for 3 days straight no sleep give it time

I have openly said in this thread I have played a good amount but before making any wild declarative statements I am going to sit with it. I personally enjoy it but I do understand why many may not . I do understand why some could see it as a 7/10 even though I dont ascribe to number review scores

I think there are many oversimplifications or disingenuous things said about it but that applies to all major games

I haven't played games since I had a PSP lol. Gaming is still unavoidable. It's bigger than movies and music and sports. Someone might miss the entire NFL season and watch the Super Bowl. I'm interested in gaming as a phenomenon and art form. Actually gaming is less interesting to me.

very few here are saying its a perfect game vs we are enjoying it. Maxxing beat it and said its one of their favorite games ever and is in new game plus and I am trying to see what that is hitting for

Idk, would you see the trailer or read a review? Would you still see the memes? Would people you know still tell you about it? Yes. I read Sidney Lumet's book and hadn't seen the majority of the movies he talked about making. Still a great book.

There's a huge market for people just watching other people game. Even before Twitch you would go watch your neighbor game. Hell, there are games where you don't even really game. It's just a movie with buttons. People watch sports and don't play. You don't even see every game
