i got this quest from the constellation board to find a planet in a specific system that is prime for life. i surveyed all the planets and did exploring on one. idk how to complete it - anyone do this?

Honestly the game as is wouldn't really benefit from properly flying the ship around much

Maybe it should've been designed that way but the game we got doesn't really need it

Damn the main quest really has no problem with making you repeat the exact same content several times. The same power temple 3x in a row and there's still more

Also how come it doesn't actually tell you what power you got after you got it? I remember in Skyrim after you read the wall you would get that cool chorus track and the shout would show up on your screen. Little things like that

Some space mechanics don’t mean all . I’m not saying you can’t be disappointed by that

It’s just an expansion of events that can occur . Bethesda quest can take place in space whether you’re fighting . Trying to stealth past ships , receiving random quest and events from space , or boarding and stealing s*** . Space has its uses but it’s only an extension of certain RPG themes they are known for. Which is fine from that lense
