That’s what I’ve been saying.
Since their last game we’ve gotten The Witcher 3 (which really changed everything), BotW (for what it did with open world games), Divinity OS 1&2, both the Pillars of Eternity titles, hell, you could probably RDR2 in there too in terms of creating immersive worlds.
They’d really have to bring the fire and go above and beyond to elevate their formula to stand shoulder to shoulder with those titles.

Says the map sucks, the menus and loading screens constantly break up the exploration, the conversation logs/mission descriptions are vague and empty

Botw - worst Zelda mainline game
Divinity - no one but nerds played
Pillars - no one played failed on all fronts
Rdr2 - only good game on this list!
