a 30 fps lock on xbox would be hilarious cause there's no way it's gonna even be a stable 30 fps.the game was even experiencing fps drops to like 40fps in the prerecorded gameplay reveal. the jank is part of the appeal of bethesda games so on some level that's understandable, but i have essentially zero faith in their ability to release a stable console port. s***s gonna be running at like 20fps the majority of time on xbox and dropping to 10-15 regularly if it's actually locked at 30.

a lock doesn't mean it's stable? it just means what the maximum frame rate is. cyberpunk was locked at 30fps and ran like absolute s*** on consoles. fallout 4 was locked at 30fps on consoles and constantly dipped below 20fps. rdr2 was also locked at 30fps and would dip below 20 on consoles. hell even on pc you can lock a game to certain fps and still have it dip significantly below whatever the lock is. what the f*** are you talking about?
