nah tons of combat related skill trees, your abilities rank up as you complete challenges in combat, traits and background can impact combat, choosing and researching weapons that you like to make them better, seems like there will be a lot of systems that were missing from games with shallow gunplay like cyberpunk.

Also the jet pack is something cyberpunk needed as well tbh lol

Hope we can get cooler looking space suits.

  • Jun 13, 2022

    I'm pretty sure Bethesda peaked.

    This s*** looks half done.

They still haven't fixed their engine.

Elder scrolls 6 and fallout 5 gonna look like they were made in 2015

  • game looks so f***ing mid, gunplay looks terrible, 90% of the worlds will be unpopulated. they really peaked with fallout 3 lol

  • Jun 13, 2022

Creation Engine holding this game back...

Graphics and gunplay kinda ehhh... but I'm sure Bethesda will nail the customization and skills

It’s because of creation engine Bethesda can make big ass games so idk why yall complaining.

As long as story is good, strong rpg elements, choice/dialogue matters, will be a great game with janky gunplay

Making a new engine is hard af and doesnt guarantee success. Look at Halo: Infinite, 343 spend years making their new engine and game was ass

why does this remind of cyberpunk

    Because they are both great.

this looks like bethesda version of outer worlds with less personality.

this is what i was waiting for while they stall elder scrolls and ruin fallout?

need a billion zillion handcrafted quests

Remember in Skyrim that has like 3 types if quests:

Main game quests / main DLC Quests
Big Sidequests (takes its own tab in the menu)
Small sidequests (In 1 Other Quests tab)

I was kinda disappointed that Fallout 4 only had like 20 quests from the second category and after doing them I felt like I beat the game

It’s blasphemous that there aren’t any footjets or atleast cyberwings in Cyberpunk ngl

We’ll see what CDPR manages to pull out of UE5 with The Witcher 4.

lol, completing all none repeating missions in FO4 took legit like a week. Skyrim had sooo much stuff to do, and so many in depth factions that had their own storylines and vast quest trees.

  • Jun 14, 2022

Yeah I grew up on fallout and this gameplay preview did absolutely nothing for me

Factssss, if we can get a lot of big side quest, the game is going to be great

Ehh the perks in cyberpunk were really shallow, s*** like “shotguns do 5% more damage”, I’m expecting interesting perks like grim reapers sprint

Your background just effected dialogue not combat

And you can’t really research weapons to make them better but you could craft new weapons

And there definitely weren’t combat challenges to rank up skills, now that would have made cyberpunk combat more interesting for sure
