From Review copy owners I got told different things.

A 3080 at 1440p with max settings he gets 45-60fps with no stutters.

A 4000 series gets a little over 60 on 1080p but with drops into the 40-50s but overall smooth experience.

    Series X/S are smooth 30fps

Even maxed out, 3080 is a high end card. It not being able to hold 60fps at minimum (let alone 100+) kinda blows. O well guess I'll roll with high-ish settings on PC

there is a 4chan post make a summary

    fast loading screens
    spectacular soundtrack
    one or another punctual bug
    VERY HIGH viewing distance

The game has a few rare drops on high demanding areas
It feels a lot like Fallout 4, but Fallout feels like a child’s game compared to Starfield

Perk system similar to Fallout 4, but much more expanded
    Kid stuff background is brutal
The background is crucial to the quests and how you have to handle them

some Skills and perks are also linked with the ship
like, some upgrades won't be able to be applied if you don't have X or Y Skills

Exploration system similar to No Man’s Sky but expanded
    Scanner can be upgraded

    Crime system is spectacular
    At the level of RDR2

The weight of your character impacts stamina.
You can run the same speed but you will run out of energy faster if you are fat

The planets are huge and can be explored in their entirety, you can also swim but there is not much information about it, the Jetpack is somewhat difficult to handle at first as well

There will be an alert system where it says if your ship is pending on something
    Like modules and stuff

Also that according to the info u can put many weapon modules and basically have a space turret as a ship
When you are creating your ship, if you haven’t put something crucial to the ship like an engine, there will be a notification that tells you that
    Secondary missions are ‘crazy’

Ammo and resources are hard to get
Persuasion system offers options, like compiling info

Is gonna be hard if you get in trouble
But you can literally make a system destroyer by using a lot of turrets. All of this is up to yo

space flight can be skipped, but you can be simulating the space flight if you want

    Exlusive quest based on traits

The Adoring Fan has a darker sub plot if you don't eventually kill him. "By Vectera" is a religious saying and Vectera, the planet you start on has religious significance to a faction. The Fan tries to get you to side with that faction in the endgame by asking if he wasn't a good friend, etc.

The Kids Stuff background has a subplot where your parents are kidnapped and might die because of your status as the Herald to House Va'Ruun.

Dream House your place is ransacked looking for anything related to the artifact

Chef: you accidentally killed someone serving them alien meat
