Good but not great.
They need to have Favreau as the sole writer. Cause the worst episodes (5/6) were the only ones not written by him, and it shows.
Also, Gina Carano was miscast. And I feel like Moff Gideon didnt come across as all that dangerous (they def couldve made his character have a bit more presence)

I like Moffs calm demeanor tbh
This got me thinking... do y’all think Solo would have worked better as a tv series instead? Same cast, lord and miller at the helm? God....
star wars was made for TV.
honestly disney should look real hard into making multiple shows, so when one season of a show ends another shows seasons begin.
I'd say this is a fair score and I'd like to add the following.
Disney Plus is not going to be able to give us a Gritty Star Wars. Disney Plus is about one thing: the family demographic. They want the whole family in the room.
That's really the point of Star Wars franchise. 'All kids must be present watching our epic space opera.' Hence why Baby Yoda,Jawas & what have you. Disney needs to get the kids excited for Star wars who have never seen it. First impressions are everything.
Expect more Baby Y type figures. Probably a child actor in next season, this is just the reality all the fans must come to terms with.
Hopefully no child actors as main characters. Kids don't care about children in shows like this, they want to be the hero or the villain. No kid ever played pretend episode I and said "ooohh i wanna be anakin'
its usually out of touch execs who think throwing kids in something will make more kids watch

i don't want the show to get so dark that kids can't watch it i feel like if that happens you kinda lose some of star wars appeal. I would like it to be like some of the later seasons of clone wars pretty dark but can still appeal to kids.

same, I want kids to be brought into the Star Wars world,
I think Disney is forbidden to show blood. Which is kind of strange because people are getting shot & blown up in this series.
You ever notice marvel superhero films have close to zero blood?
But marvel tv series, they are with it. I think it has to do with Box office returns & MPAA rating for the theater,IMO.
Now that Disney has marvel, will they be afraid to be with the blood? 🤔
It is kinda twisted, you can have people get cut in half but you can’t show blood on Star Wars. 😳
I forget if it is like that with nonfiction Disney vehicles. I would hope not in the case of patriotic films. 😒
Weird world we live in where people getting killed isn’t graphic but blood makes it unsuitable for certain viewers.
When Luke got his hand lopped off, was there blood? MPAA strikes again. 👀
Would be cool if it was live action.
Wouldn’t expect it but still.
Thrawn in live action would be GOAT
yeah live action would be great for those characters but id also be happy with an animated show

a lightsaber wound would be cauterized by the extreme heat of the saber
wouldn't make since if luke's arm was bleeding
so was Moff Gideon the person that approached Fennec Shand
That rumor is Boba Fett
They appeared to be wearing Mando armor

Okay, hmm. I will concede that. 🤔Is that the same with laser blasters?👀 I’m trying to understand the phobia of blood in so many fantasy- sci fi projects, 😳
My point still stands, MPAA freaks out over blood. People who want the pg rating , bow down to the film board,IMO.
I’ve seen this in war films as well, everyone is afraid to show the cost of combat & the battlefield who want that pg rating .
I never saw live action gi joe film, did they show blood on that? Gi joe cartoon was obsessed with everyone parachuting to safety & everyone dodged the blasting, the ninja never sliced anyone and wounded was like ‘ omg I’m hemorrhaging ‘
There’s just something not adding up, I doubt this happens everywhere where it concerns content. It is just noticeable , you know?
bro dis mf batman and im lovin it

yeah people definitely are afraid to add blood cause of the ratings and yeah laser blasters can do the same thing
but in other points in star wars they've also made people bleed from lasers and lightsabers like they did in mando so I'm not sure what the logic is lol but supposedly yeah a laser would also be hot
in ep 4 when obi-wan cuts off an aliens arm in the Cantina it bleeds but i guess that's cause aliens bleed different lolol
So when does this takes place I want to know a lil before I get a chance to going in, there’s no connection to Jango right?

This is what I mean, it is insane to worry about standards and practice about blood.
AND this is what likely happens in the writing room (naah we can't show that)
It's almost 2020 and a red colored liquid is a crutch you have to carry because somehow that's graphic in nature. Kicking someone and causing great pain is not. That's okay to do that, Go ahead and mow a bunch of people down and make em hit the dirt, you still got that pg rating. You are golden. But wait, is that red corn syrup? Oh no...:damn: Disney says that is not suitable for public
If there is blood, ithere must be like a quota. Again, this is nuts..
Who decides that? & why do they get to decide blood levels?
Was there a previous film that was a family film that had too much blood & MPAA had to face the vicious letters from the parents & church organizations ?
Lucas had to laugh at this s***. I'd laugh every single day. You can do a rambo-esque scene and gun down god knows how many soldiers. But if you show any blood on the ground. Code red code red! The moral majority is after us!
So when does this takes place I want to know a lil before I get a chance to going in, there’s no connection to Jango right?
Takes place right after ROTJ. No attachment to Jango

Oh so baby Yoda is a different Yoda lol
Thank you king

about 4-5 years after Return of the Jedi
