10/10 finale. what a season.

wonder what happened to all the "where is the plot" folks who were complaining earlier. this season was basically a set up for the rest of the show. Disney has massive plans for this series

Thoroughly pleased I decided to binge the last 4 episodes altogether

The f***ing darksaber blew my top off!!!

That’s where the movie lost me tbh. I just wanted a movie centered on the Underworld without any ties to Imp/Rebels

This show Needs better dialogue writers man lmaooo it’s laughable cliche.

Pros

• visually beautiful all the way through
• all the fight scenes
• Music was very different from the classic john williams stuff but it was still great
• learning more about the bounty hunters, mandos and how the sw universe is like not long after rotj

Stuff that could improve next season

• next season will hopefully be a bit darker and lil more risky. While enjoyable this show was pretty safe for the most part. Was kinda hoping baby yoda would get dropped off somewhere tbh :/
• Better side characters most of them in this season were garbage.
• Better acting. some of the acting was so stiff like the wannabe harley quinn twilek b**** in eps 6 was just .
• Mando feels too much like a good guy for me kinda thought his thing was he's just some guy in the middle. prob a reason i want baby yoda to go.

I mean they got fired for a reason

on a subjective level i’d give it a 9/10

if i’m being objective/critical 7/10, these improvements would make the show ten times more enjoyable.

I'd say this is a fair score and I'd like to add the following.

Disney Plus is not going to be able to give us a Gritty Star Wars. Disney Plus is about one thing: the family demographic. They want the whole family in the room.

That's really the point of Star Wars franchise. 'All kids must be present watching our epic space opera.' Hence why Baby Yoda,Jawas & what have you. Disney needs to get the kids excited for Star wars who have never seen it. First impressions are everything.

Expect more Baby Y type figures. Probably a child actor in next season, this is just the reality all the fans must come to terms with.

i was watching rebels last night, season 4 and it was making me wonder when we're getting the back story behind what happened after sabine united mandalore

obviously they got purged and that's when gideon got the dark saber but it would interesting to see that story

i have a feeling SZN 2 will fill in some of the blanks on what exactly happened and how Moff Gideon claimed the Dark-Saber

mandalorian terrorist that were a big issue during the clone wars and were known for using harsh tactics and wanting to take out mandalore's pro peace government

during mandalore's history they were generally seen as warriors and crusaders that were always killing, in star wars legends they nuked tons of planets and started wars

death watch wanted them to go back to those ways

yeah true true im sure they'll go into it

I wonder if Sabine is alive 🤔 and if so i wonder if we’ll ever see her or any of the Rebels cast that are still alive again in any capacity

Dave Filoni has pretty much said Sabine, Ezra, Ashoka and Thrawn have more story to tell and the Rebels finale seems to setup a show with her and Ashoka after ep 6

Would be cool if it was live action.
