Is it after she meets Luke in BOBF? If so, how is it that she doesn't call Luke for help with this Thrawn s\*\*\*? Is Luke even aware of who Thrawn is? I'd expect him to be if Thrawn is this big bad.

Ahsoka is concurrent with Mando S3 and probably takes place shortly after she leaves Luke

But the timelines are very convoluted i wouldn't look too much into it. Disney+ Star Wars timeline also has Ahsoka after TBOBF
