yeah this is another solid album in her discog. its biggest downside to me is its songwriting isn't as strong compared to her previous records, but she was busy producing the whole damn thing for her first time.
Reckless is my clear least favorite, and i think Broken Man may be my favorite. great single. Hell Is Near a highlight too

Broken Man is lowkey her best song in a long time
First song of hers I've been obsessed with since Slow Disco
Look forward to seeing her perform it on tour
I need a poster of the album cover so bad. Every shop/vinyl bundle comes with a print which is not as big as I'd like it.
Definitely getting the t-shirt on tour.

best rock song nom gotta be in the bag with that one i think
Seriously a contender for her best album.singles were misleading. Reckless, Violent Times and All Born Screaming probably my favs but iblike them all
really enjoyed this through but I don't feel initially there's any standout tracks? Like I'm not saying they are all mid or something. They are solid. Just not anything that catches my ear immediately. Maybe I need yo let it marinate for a while.
nominally better production than the last album, but its missing good songs and guitar focused songs that contrast her countess like voice
also the album cover is goofy af imo
This is my first proper St. Vincent album and I’ve got no words. Flawless music. Need to dive into the rest of her catalog at some point
I found my pics with her literally last night. She was my hero.
Can't believe she never really could get it back up

Is there a given reason why?
Saw her last night and it was a great show.
She went through the crowd during New York and she came up and hugged me
Is there a given reason why?
“The origins of Todos Nacen Gritando can be traced back to some of the most memorable shows I’ve ever played, in Mexico, South America and recently Primavera Barcelona in 2023,” Clark explained in a statement. “Though separated by time and geography, and across a diverse range of settings and venues, these crowds were united in their passion — singing every word to every song in perfect English. It was truly inspiring.
“Eventually, I asked myself: If they can sing along in a second or third language, why can’t I meet them halfway?” she continued. “So I enlisted my best friend and occasional collaborator Alan Del Rio Ortiz to work on translating these lyrics, tweaking here and there for melodic reasons, making every effort to stay true to the song at hand without sacrificing accuracy. After much rewriting and re-singing every vocal track on the album, the result is Todos Nacen Gritando, equal parts labor of love and tribute to the people who inspired it.”
