yea gotta stop falling for it. idk why people make up their minds before even seeing the movie. i was itt watching him do it and im still responding im done fr this time. movie too good to go back and forth about it

I don't mind it at all as a fan of the Raimi films either just accepting it came with the sacrifice of a better overall plot. I thought the dialogue between the Peters was awkward in a funny endearing way though

He conveniently and magically has more control over his mind from the peace that he got in death and knowing he not in the same dimension there is no oscorp no son . The existence OF THOSE SPECIFIC THINGS IS PART OF WHAT DROVE HIM INSANE

Top 3 not a hard spot to get considering the first two raimi movies r the best

I think once the hype dies down more people will agree on that rating because lets be real people only thinking about the 2nd half of the movie after aunt may dies and when the spidermen come thru. The first half is not that good tbh.

Yeah I think people just think a movie may feel dated (like the Tobey trilogy), that doesn’t mean it’s bad

That’s how it is with any “old” movie. If a movie is good, it doesn’t matter if it feels dated compare for the shiny new movie. It can stand on its own / stand the test of time

Tobey trilogy def stand the test of time. First 2 movies are obvi classics. 3rd movie isn’t as bad as everyone says. It has some good moments in there but studio interference f***ed it up

Like I said, it’s all preference at the end of the day. Both trilogies are dope in their own ways
