Imma say the same thing I said when I saw endgame. Was it a s*** ton of fan service, yes. But I’m one of those fans they was servicing so I loved the s***.

He killed more but he had logic in it he had a grudge against the board and MJ/Aunt May was him going at Spiderman for refusing to join him.

He was insane but nowhere as unstable and maniacal here in the words of Willem Dafoe himself "Goblin had a message"

In the first film alot of plot convince(like in this film) puts him on the path of Spiderman. Here he's just insane so insane he has a chance to be OK and still kills.

i used one scene as a example man idk why you still acting like you didn't see the movie. the mask scene, the shelter and the whole apartment sequence showed that Norman could operate independently of Goblin. The mirror scenes showed Norman "fighting" but never even close to winning and immediately back to Goblin. It was a real fight for his mind in nwh and the fact that you didn't know who was home in this added a different factor to the character.
