Marxism is an interdisciplinary science
Some people are more interested in certain aspects of it than others
Some like the philosophy, some the economy, some the history, some the sociology
You can start with the Ernest Mandel text which is pretty short given its topic, and then just go from there to things that interest you

You can always ask in this thread too we are friendly except for a few topics you probably won't get into for a while

Maybe Marxist feminism, theories on imperialism and colonialism and racism will interest you, socialism in Africa, maybe other things, just let the wind guide you

I for example am probably the most well-read in the thread about value form discussions (because nobody else cares about it here except for me), and others are more well-read on let's say Chinese Revolution etc., we all have our own interests and pet topics
