In what sense
They proved useful to the US in combatting Assad, disappeared, then rumors of their return as ISIS-K in Afghanistan just after the Taliban took over
idk much about them, i just saw someone talk abt it on twitter lol. Looking for a more fleshed-out theory

Many US trained afghans turned to ISIS K, not really out of some conscious play
Not sniper entertaining Bob Black
why was I an anarchist man
Has his heart in the right place but he rly doesn't know wtf he's talking about when it comes to Marxist theory
"Marxism is deterministic"
"Muh stages of development disproven"
And one that i actually never heard of before:
"Marxism views the state as neutral"
Embarassing asf

USSR being able to survive being strangled at birth, being able to survive against the whites that was supported by all the capitalist powers, being able to fight back and survive the war of annihilation from the Nazi and still be able to build socialism after which seems like an impossible task. Dislike mostly everything after Stalin, Khurshav was better than the ones that followed him but im still not a fan of him.
China other than being in an arguable worse situation than the USSR was at the start of the communist party, what I like the most from there was the new political development of Marxism Leninism and what got me into China the most was the cultural revolution and the development of the commune system and how you can actually see dialectics play out in the transformation of land reform -> Co-Op -> Commune, dislikes mostly everything after the Gang of Four being captured, and the brain rot of international policy China had at times.
Cuba their commitment to internationality dislike the military strategy of focoism.
DPRK I dont really know anything about em so im a keep my mouth shut.
Khemer Rouge, abolishing commodity production dislike everything else
Vietnam being able to withstand the onslaught of the greatest military threat of the time shows they really had their internal contradictions sorted out, dislikes dont really know much about Vietnam policy, economics or anything to say anything more.

Chinas unwillingness to export revolution or materially support workers rights movement anywhere they can be found is something that puts a severe hamper on my attitudes towards them
Got a question
I was told back in commie Romania people got allocated jobs by the government based on how they did in school
How's that equity?
It ain't fair to dumb people, why do they have to do the s***ty jobs?
Also cheaters would have an unfair advantage! the whole schooling system is actually compromised in a way if you think about it cause cheating and enabling cheaters would be a huge business.
so @ARCADE_GOON what’s your favorite thing about Gonzalo
(besides the fact he’s dead, judging from your last post)

First of all people didn't get allocated jobs lmao that's a myth
Second of all Marxism is not egalitarian
Third of all what do you propose? Letting people who don't qualify do heart surgery?
