Notice how all rights expressed in the constitution are frivolous and intangible statements like “freedom of expression” and “due process of law” and not actual material rights that can help lives like “water, food, shelter, access to society” because one can be twisted and revised to secure the power of the state, while the material must be presented in a form that has to be vetoed by the people, not forced upon it
