Mutual aid is dope, but try to attach politics to it as well. So you can help attack the root cause of homelessness (capitalism) while also helping people.
The way we look at it in my city is we shouldn't just be Red Charity, through our works we should also be actively talking with people and pushing them left.

don't worry comrade! we always hand out our leaflets and talk to them about capitalism/homelessness
It's some real dummies in that one thread who can't seem to see one flaw in the U.S. socioeconomic system and then claim to know what they're talking about lol

what leaflets you handing out, i have been struggling w/ integrating mass line into mutual aid

I think it’s important to be applying the mass line especially in mutual aid. Because without it you’ll just be cleaning up the mess capitalism left behind instead of helping awaken class consciousness.
My group hasn’t been doing mutual aid but we have people go out everyday and talk with workers at places they congregate such as bus stations, shopping centers, a gas station across from several warehouses.
We talk to them about their job and any problems they have with it. We talk about our experiences being exploited as well and how through Marxism we can liberate all workers by an overthrow of the ruling class. Making sure to have a legitimate conversation with them so that they don’t feel like we’re just throwing theory at them.
We bring with us an article relating to the type of work the majority of the workers in that area would be involved in. We’re a revolutionary newspaper so we often have written an article on the factory or field of work they work at which helps.
We then collect their number and invite them to one of our two events each month. After that we invite them to our study session and even if they don’t end up coming we try to keep in contact with them to see how things are.
As a newspaper we have other ways we apply the mass line that’s unique to our kind of organization also.
what he do now lol
he tried starting some s*** on a debate panel about his take with the n-word it’s f***in stupid

He literally broke off his friendship with Trihex at one time just so he could say it. I don’t why you would expect any less of him.
