Is herrenvolk democracy not still a democracy?

To whatever the extent the state withers away there would still be a state imo, which would necessarily be democratic.

why would their still be a state? what do you think communism is my friend? the purpose of the dictatorship of the proletariat is to bring about the withering away of the state. this is quite literally what communism is and what communists seek to do. if you believe communism isn't possible thats fine, you would not be the only one, but that is the stated goal of the communist movement: a classless, stateless, moneyless society.

Lol. I find that whenever people talk of a "stateless" society, there is still a state. In your mind how does a "stateless" society deal with something like the Covid 19 pandemic or climate change?

these problems were all caused by the anarchy of capitalist production. they can all be solved through the dictatorship of the proletariat and the rationalization of production to encompass the needs of both humanity and the ecology.

frankly its weird that you were being so smug about "reading Marx" to that user on the previous page only to waffle on the basic principles of the communist movement. the state is a fetishism which alienates the proletariat from its own potential, in time it will not be necessary as the crises of the modern world are dealt with. even if it takes 1000 years and happens unevenly, the goals of communism remain the same.

And of course your solution is a state. You can't just isolate every problem to capitalism, it exacerbates these issues but we'd still have to wrestle with them regardless of if the whole world had gone red in 1917. Climate change is one of many multi faceted problems. How do we educate people? Maintain train tracks? Provide everyone with elecricity? Keep them inoculated? Adjudicate justice?

I wasn't being "smug about reading marx", I told an that guy to take his own advice. Theres no "waffling", if you have a scriptural reading of Marx and Engels then thats your own problem. The state is molded by class forces but any complex society will have the governing institutions and organizational structures we experience as the state. You can call it whatever you want, it's a state.

If you're putting up millenary timelines... at that point might as well be saying inshallah.

bro said the definition of communism is a "spiritual reading of marx". ☠

no offense bro but you are confused about a great many things, I dont think you are familiar with marx or communism at all if you are saying "the state is eternal" or that climate change is a "multi-faceted" problem (what are these "facets" btw that aren't capitalism and imperialism?)

    Sir Real

In France theyve gone from calling socialists judeo-bolsheviks to calling them islamo-gauchists. What a time to be alive.

what? my "argument" is that this is the stated position of every revolutionary communist party on earth.

youre essentially arguing that communism isn't possible. if that's how you feel, ok cool, own it. again you wouldn't be the first one, the idea of class struggle ending after the initial construction of the socialist state and this being the goal in and of itself instead of communism was the cornerstone belief of Khruschtevian revisionism. but don't call yourself a communist.

stop arguing because youre bored and go pick up a book.

That is very much not "the position of every communist party on earth", what a ridiculous statement. I don't know what has come over you but you're clearly not knowledgeable or sensible enough to have any meaningful conversation. I'll just ignore you from now on.
