Depends on who you ask, Marxists are not monolithic and consists of many different tendencies.

Anyhow, considering you may be alluding to American Marxist-Leninists (incl. Maoists), then yes, they are generally in favor of state-distributed reparations through land and/or money.

It needs to be said that the method is also a point of contention, because this may conflict with indigenous Land Back projects.

me personally i think at least people that can trace their lineage to ancestors that were enslaved should’ve already gotten money like a hundred f***in years ago

There are issues with records of ancestry and all that, that kind of make that process a bit more difficult

also it feels like we’re in peak culture war time so people are reluctant to embrace the idea of reparations outright, and often bring up that poverty is very widespread across most or all races so etc their idea goes from that standpoint but i don’t personally like that very much

Blackness in america has always been under attack and it’s not just abstract ideas but literal laws of considering people subhuman that we have precedent to form a case for reparations
