Yeah all jokes aside, I can’t stomach this kinda s*** even it’s fake.

    Come here babe

    This s*** was gnarly

Vast improvement over the first one by far. Like as a movie and with all the kills.

I’m too desensitized to gore so I didn’t feel queasy at all.

    Fun as hell overall

Violence against women presented as entertainment is so lame.

This has been a problem with horror movies for decades.

The acting in this movie (and especially that scene) is on some Troll 2 level though which makes it all feel very campy.

I just find this franchise incredibly fun
A little conflicted on violence, especially against women, and what the line is

But man, these movies have a lot of heart and innovation, just totally captivated by all the aesthetic decisions

Terrifier 1 was made for 35k

Terrifier 2 was crowdfunded and made for 250k

2 Lowkey has some of the best practical gore I’ve seen in modern horror

    Practical effects in horror>>>>>>>>>CGI

Eh. Always room to discuss this, but it should be highlighted that just about the same # of guys die in terrifier 2. And the most sexualized/gendered violence is perpetuated against a man, which feels like a solid corrective to the first movie if you’re checking for that

With that in mind, it would seem that you just do not like movies (like slashers) where people exist to be killed. Which is fine, it is a pretty easy genre to avoid

But violence against men is perfectly fine right?

Lmfao such a lame f***ing post. Women already are way too idealized in cinema
