I quit for a year in 2021 & I loved it, however, I’m back smoking but only 1 bedtime zoot a day. It’s cool but I feel like it’s hindering the amount that I sleep so I’m due to stop smoking extensively again at some point before the end of the year

i went to dollar tree zooted as balls yesterday and the cashier almost conversated with me but my brain was being sociopathic i could barely function. i need to mind the Zaza and confront my mental health

For me personally cutting back helped out a ton. Then when I went to go rip two bowls from a bong I got UNCOMFORTABLY high
