I don't know how you think I'm talking about George's films when my comment was in reference to current Lucasfilm leadership, Disney leadership more broadly and then leadership across the industry over the past 10 years. Regardless of how people feel about the original trilogy and the prequel there was a time when there was genuine care put into franchises like Star Wars and any off-shoots/spinoffs. That same care is how you end up with games like KOTOR/KOTOR 2 which would be considered "woke" by modern standards but actually set a benchmark for storytelling and added a considerable amount to the SW lore.

That same level of care doesn't exist right now. Not sure why I need to explain that considering everything going on in the industry and with this franchise especially.
