Attaching your entire sense of being to the idea of another person that you don’t know, don’t talk to, and wouldnt piss on ya if you was on fire is a recipe for disaster.

I saw this vid and thought, “eh. Thats gross” and kept it pushing.

But I also heard that song where she said f*** my baby dad and thought “eh. Thats gross” and kept it pushing,

I saw her say “i voted for trump” and thought “eh. Thats gross” and kept it pushing.

What I think is hilarious is this trend since the late 2010s is (and @browser can back me on this one) the audience CLAMORING for this authentic and rugged sense of content from their rappers and it’s ok…until it’s TOO authentic and rugged and then we discard em away.

make music and even make music videos the type of s*** that woulda made bet uncut shiver but don’t go outside the boundaries or else we’ll throw you off the “hoodrat music” throne of the week.

I also think that trend is gross.

But i’ma keep on pushing. Instead of “hoping for the death of thot rap” just….stop listening to thot rap. noname dropping a new album this year
