Asapp123I think the problem is that the guy thinks he is in the frank, kanye etc.. territory but unlike these artists rocky didnt prove that much imo. He got good albums for sure, but none of them sticks out as a classic to me.
I think the reason hes taking his time is so he can prove that he IS on that level
