for some it’s difficult to lose the weight once they pass a certain threshold. it’s a constant battle of lose 20lb, cheat meals, gain back the weight, rinse and repeat. it’s easier to maintain once you reach your goal weight

get more workouts per week and that aint a problem

    Good lifts.

his diet is crazy he literally doesnt s*** eating all this protein throw a veggie in there q like swap that cheese with carrot its useless anyway

of course people are telling those who have seen nothing but immense benefits from taking those medications, and outlier negative stories they probably heard online or randomly as if they are commonplace, to just “go to the gym” like they weren’t already trying that and it wasn’t working

taking the medication teaches one how to not live for their food cravings and restructure their entire minds around food and eating on top of the health benefits it brings those who need it for obesity, diabetes, or other chronic diseases

    Calories in minus calories out

It’s always french fry humans trying to make it any more complicated than that

it is more complicated than that. this simple methodology you think can take someone 18-24 months to see any noticeable differences if all they are doing is adjusting their diet which is a long and grueling process for 99% of people who are used to high caloric diets to do that for that long. on top of having to shift their entire lifestyles into a fitness mind on top of their already existing daily routine built around an unhealthy relationship to food…ya’ll keep thinning this fitness and health s*** is as simple as “wake up, don’t eat, lose weight” when it’s not as someone who’s trained all types of people

more calories out ie more exercise? noone asks to fix just one thing

now try to teach someone who is in an unhealthy lifestyle how to eat better + exercise + fit that into their pre-existing unhealthy habit + fit that into their already busy day

like you think someone who is eating a high caloric diet is just gonna now be able to attend to their regular life with no calories and no plan from anyone as a beginner? like we all didn’t just wake up today and know everything about fitness and health lol. where a weight loss supplement and doctor/nutritionist assistance can curve that desire for hunger and allow them to retrain their brains around food while introducing fitness into their routine now that they have curved their minds away from relying on an unhealthy relationship with food and shed a few pounds of water weight?

Ya’ll are looking at this from such a simple “stop eating, go to gym, lose weight” it’s hilarious when human beings who don’t know s*** about fitness and health 90% of the time are involved

If you’re trying to lose weight and have more than one cheat meal every few months you aren’t a serious person lol

yea you’re an unserious person lol. it’s statements like this that cause people to get stuck on a cycle of never losing weight because they can’t even live a semi-normal life while attempting to lose weight

there is nothing wrong with a cheat day, especially if you are in a caloric deficit and don’t go over your weekly caloric deficit to have that cheat meal. just a lot of narrow mindsets ITT. if I been putting in work all week, I can have a burger

    carb cycling exists

have fun f***ing diabetics over for their medicine for the greater good i guess

  • Apr 14

my friend is a doctor and she only prescribes ozempic-like treatment for weight loss to disabled persons. if you got two arms and two legs you can go for a walk and hit the gym, if you cant do that then maybe theres homework for ya to do

  • Apr 14

if you think your healthcare system has your best interest in mind and dont just hook you up on d**** after f***ing your health over in an attempt to put you into another financial scheme then you didnt pay attention to the whole mental health thing over the last decade. theyre playing yall and your best bet is to find a republican lite classic dude gym where theyll be putting you on a game even if theyre rude and whatnot. this 'but its hard!!!' s*** is kindergarten excuse

obesity and chronic diseases such as like hypertension, high blood pressure, heart issues and a bunch of other cardiovascular s*** are also prescribed Ozempic. none of those people are taking away medication from people with diabetes cause like you said in your second comment, doctors are mainly prescribing it to those who need it the most like diabetic patients lol. that’s the government not providing proper coverage taking away medication

Because America is set up to make niggas fat.

But like I spent the whole day yesterday walking from home to my job to my 2nd gig to back home all with a keyboard on my back.

Best believe I earned my vegan doughnut that afternoon and still losing weight. But that extra cardio just from literally walking everywhere is so underrated.

As much as I like weed, quitting that s*** has made night and day improvements on my life. Some people I'm sure can live with it and be healthy just fine but I'm willing to bet most would benefit.
