Gimmick game in general (and it was very fun and underrated)

RDR2 has a light version of this. When you cause chaos in a town and escape the law, the police in that town will still come after you if you even casually walk by one if you return to that town. I'm not sure how long it lasts but you'll see a bunch of red markers on the map even if you're not actively being pursued.

While cool attention to detail I dont know how "fun" that is personally. While I have often said I wish NPCs would remember if you hit their car or ran over their family member. The police system nagging you each time you boot up the game over something you did in a mission or randomly beat up a civilian throughout the entire game having to go to court, jail or anything trending into too much roleplay could be very hit or miss to me
