i know this might be too soon, but i feel like if there’s one person to take up virgil’s place at LV, it would be kanye. out of respect for virgil’s vision and legacy, it just feels right
LVMH wouldn't want to work with the current Kanye on that level. Too unpredictable.
Im not tryna bring this up to bash Ye bc I can’t imagine what he’s going through but something about how he was mad when Virgil got the LV job bc he felt like he deserved it
Drink champs was not the first time Kanye has stated his frustration or stance on that.
I wouldn’t read too deeply into it given Virgil and Kanye hugged it out at that LV SHOW after he expressed his jealousy concerning it

for all he achieved virgil was never afraid to sell out. he never said no and was the ultimate collaborator. ye aint that kinda guy.

yeah i just remember not liking that when he initially said it, life is too short to be jealous of the ones you love but i know Ye loved Virgil, and complimented him perfectly. They changed the world for the better together
Y’all ever peep his mix on this episode?
gotta give it to Virgil for putting respect on the graffiti scene. He had legends bomb runways and clothes.

Why are you calling a man who just passed away a sell out?

the last two years he made sure his kids would eat good forever
yall can disagree and dislike some of his most recent collabs and designs, I know I did, I hated a lot too
but his family will prosper forever thanks to the last few years
he did everything for his family
Chadwick Boseman died this young as well to cancer. Like what are we as black people doing for this to happen? Is it out diets? our vitamin intake? how the f*** do we avoid this s***
Virgil's cancer was rare. Colorectal cancers are on the rise in general though, it's definitely gotta be something in our diets (I have 0 proof but I'm trying to cut out high fructose corn syrup)

Facts. Couldn't imagine trying to make moves while keeping a disease hidden
