Faithgot to the third boss on my second run but died
Interesting, the third boss was the easiest of the first 3 for me
they gave you a lot of room to dodge and grapple away. Remember to never stop moving/dashingImpressive progress for a second run

nah there’s 3 separate acts with a save point between each one, and when you beat each of the 6 bosses you don’t have to fight them again and get a key to take shortcuts between levels. you also find a few upgrades and equipment that are permanent.
but if you die you do lose non-permanent equipment (weapons, health upgrades, proficiency, parasites, etc.) but it’s not super brutal because each run is unique and fun due to the areas being randomized
also it’s important to note that the upgrades you get in certain levels help you in the previous levels if you happen to die and go back there. it’s sick.

Wouldn’t be that shocked if nintendo does the same when they drop the successor to the switch (not switch pro but the next gen)
Nintendo will keep selling 60$ games and let the fans resell there s*** like they always do
