I mean you're killing zombies.. in Africa.. they will be black. That isn't inherently racist. Also your partner in the game is an African woman and she isn't a caricature or anything she's pretty cool.
At the end of the day some people will have a problem with it in but in the bubble of Resident Evil I don't see how you could see it as racist without reaching
