Replaying re4 remake for the 15th time preparing for 9 and oh my god this game is incredible. Just finished Ashley’s section and it’s such an improvement over the OG
Can’t believe capcom remade my favorite game and made it just as good
the fact that i still have re7 village and now they dropping requiem to play is crazy
that re7 might be the scariest one
love 2 and 4

Was one of my favorite to platinum. Endless replay value
Previews confirm that Leon sections will still have puzzles and tense segments where he isn’t as much of an action Jackson.
Bruh the gameplay against "Chunk" looks dope asf. The way they got his fat ass hobbling around and tearing the environment up while chasing them is really well done.
And I love the evolution of the zombies being able to talk and also perform their old routines, which also affects gameplay. And this was just the beginning of the game. This could be something special
Would be kinda interesting if the roles of Leon and Grace switch a bit towards the end of the game, where grace, now battle hardened from everything that's happened till that point, segments ramp up the action and Leon being weaker perhaps due to being infected or maybe gets severely injured, has to sneak and be a bit more cautious ramping up his sections horror level. We know he isn't scared of nothing but having him be a bit weaker, maybe with less weapons (maybe he loses most but one gun and maybe knife) could be something I'd like to see
These previews.
We might finally have another 2/4 tier title with this one.
I'm hoping like hell this is the next uber classic in the series not since re2 remake or re7 but 4. 4 was the last REAL classic that not only catapulted resident evil to new heights but 3rd person games in general. Hope this is the next 4 in those terms.
ps5 pro details are out
ray-tracing mode is 60fps
with RT off it targets 120, avgs 90 in most places
90+vrr. F***

And this is without the new PSSR version coming before Q3 2026 (I think we're getting it between March-May 2026)!
