ive done this before @op it sucks but my advice is to compartmentalize your job into a small section of your life. you have a wife and kids, let them be your world. Go home everyday and leave your job at the office. If thats difficult try therapy and a gym membership, its way cheaper than taking a 10k pay cut and you'll be shocked at how much it'll help your day to day moods, and your relationships.
