the entire to point to me were the exclusives for the playstation. if you actually think about it its been 4 years and their current lineup is really underwhelming, ive played almost a lotta exlusives released on playstation i think and i dont think ive been like "this console is worth it just for this game" i had these moments with the ps2 and ps4 NEVER the ps5 yet.

you can say "i still had fun playing third party games so who cares" but then what is the point in buying a playstation ? it's always been about a gaming experience you cant get anywhere else BUT the playstation. but if i can play those exact third party games on my pc in better quality and in better experience whats the point ?

there are games to play on the playstation 5 but there barely any games on there that are purchasing a console for.

my point is if gaming is your hobby and you are spending 700 dollars on a console anyways why not save up an extra 400 and just build a pc and experience a much wider range of games on it. bro ive been emulatin nintendo switch games on here in 1440p 60 fps with no issues, then playing deadlock then going to play ghost of tsushima you cant do this on any console. u missin out on way more on when u dont have a pc vs a ps5 jus my opinion on this matter

I think the reason the ps5 doesnt feel like it has any games is because not enough people got a ps5, its holding console games back when devs are making games that still work on base ps4. Almost all the sony exclusives came out on ps4 even after initially being “ps5 only”. We never got to see the ps5 get pushed to its capabilities. Now we are getting a mid gen and I just dont see anyone that excited about a minor upgrade. Nintendo is carrying my excitement for future games at the moment tbh. We might be in the end times for video games with great studios shuttering and ai invading creative jobs while publishers only funding projects that can milk customers with live services. I have low hopes for the future.

Hella next-gen only games are dropping now. Sony involved titles alone we've gotten 5 this year. This was true for a bit but the gen is picking up proper steam now in terms of releases
