have team A work on TLOU 2. Have Team B work on TLOU 3 af the same time. Put out out TLOU2. Team A starts working on TLOU4 soon after. Then 2-3 years after TLOU2 put out TLOU3. By then TLOU4 wait will also be 2-3 years away

Idk. i don't play AAA games outside of JRPGs, Fighting, and Nintendo. So mayber TLOU and GoW isn't the best example
