People were laughing at every little thing in my showing like yes some of it was funny but I mean EVERYTHING. I went on a Friday night a lot of people were on dates . I like some laughter but the amount they were laughing made me feel like the grinch .
S*** I needed time to kill before linking with a shorty around 10:30 so I caught a 7pm imax
Felt nice being able to see a movie I was actually interested in and not drop $100 lol

kusaThese comparisons to interstellar did not do this justice. Idk why people are so adamant on comparing movies to other movies which have no comparison. Same idiots saying Dune is better than LOTR.
Just to be clear this movie is nothing like Interstellar so don’t expect it to. Also watch it in the best IMAX theatre you can, I watched it on friday and saturday, and it makes a massive difference

About how I feel . Wholesome feel good movie . Good use of flashbacks . No major twist I didn’t see coming. Rocky fun . Jokes didn’t land for me personally but solid 8. Wouldn’t be surprised by best picture nomination. Think comparing it to F1 is crazy and think comparing it to interstellar also crazy . Its main draw is visuals . Only slight changes made from book from what I’m hearing . Think some reviewers gassed it up to the point of some setting unreasonable expectations. Strong start to year . Just safe in some regards

Third act was a bit redundant or stretched even if book similar there are a few slight changes that made that make it feel longer .
