Not giving away your only leverage immediately for example. The US doesn't have to agree with everything Russia does, see the UN resolutions

There's a difference in actually negotioting a peace deal with Russia, and completely bowing down and spreading lies

That Putin sells out his country is not new, so a mineral deal is not unexpected. Man might be the richest person in the world by pillaging his own country
