Happens literally everywhere there is war, anytime too. A democracy is no exception at all. There is no correlation between humanity and a democracy. People who think that human beings won't commit atrocities like this in a democracy can't be taken serious. Humans can be trash. It also shows the lawless state Ukraine is in right now
