I never said it was a true number, just posting what was reported
You should know better. Only real geopolitical a***ysis to be found is right here on KTT2.
How will this change Europe going forward?
more united Europe, more military spending, less dependency on Russian imports aka diversifying more and questioning their every move, economical setbacks, will lead Ukraine even closer to Europe, increase in cyber security and targeting Russian propaganda etc.
it's harder to say how things will play out in Russia, depends on if Putin stays in power or not
How will this change Europe going forward?
Higher inflation
Loss of the independence they built in the last 2 decades, instead being cucked more by USA
More spending on war, less spending on infrastructure and education
They shot themselves in the foot with this one
So basically Zelensky purged this governor because he presumably thinks he might surrender and replaced him with a war criminal
What does he think demanding back the Crimea is gonna do if the situation is that desperate
Is there a chance that we’re falling for propaganda and Putin is doing the right thing?
i just posted an introductory article to the rossiyan ideology in the other thread if you want to read their POV

Yes
How will this change Europe going forward?
Everything that @ARCADE_GOON said, but also more nationalism.
This new Cold War is not an ideological struggle but an inter-imperialist conflict. In the OG Cold War both sides saw the people on the other side as victims of an oppressive system, which made people have a warmer feeling for eachother, but that's not so much the case here. It was already increasing years ago with Russiagate, but Russophobia is really on the rise. The EU banned Russian media, FIFA kicked out Russia and they're even trying to take games away from the Russian people now
It's collective punishment for the faults of a highly authoritarian government they have no control over.
Add to that that we're dumping arms into Nazi militias, Zelensky is freeing political prisoners to fight, Nazi militias are recruiting foreign sympathizers and the media is rehabilitating or denying the Nazism in Ukraine, we could see what happened in Afghanistan with Islamic fundamentalism when they got invaded by Russia with fascism in Europe, and the longer the conflict goes on the higher those odds get.
The fact that Ukrainian border control still finds time to treat us black people as second rate citizens in a time of crisis really is wild but I'm not surprised

So you’re saying that the Fourth Reich becomes much more of a possibility as this Ukraine situation goes on, and no one will care as long as Russia is the bad guy?
