    Those would be good numbers

that is less than For all the dogs which had his least amount of hype, was delayed months and then dropped at like 6 am

  • This is gonna be the craziest triple disc visual album with no lead single EVER

Most important. CLB till now (maybe not $$& but that was a rnb collab) were all resting on laurels.

scorpion had to not only respond to Push, his most pressing beef, but also prove he was still the wonderchild

I feel that same energy here but obviously with Dot + proving his commercial dominance

Yes, but importance doesn't always translate to performance

You could argue that The Fall-Off was the most important album of J. Cole's career, and that album did less streaming numbers than The Off-Season did first week

I already told you I assume this will have less tracks. To match your previous albums numbers with less tracks would be impressive asf. Stop the larp lol

    Let it keep melting

  • ima lose my s*** if he goes the endless blonde route

  • Members Only ft PND so underrated

this album? the same one with nearly 2 years of recording + ideas and multiple reworks? i don’t see it having a small amount of music by any means.

the fall off was baited for like 6 years on and off and came at a time when he was humiliated from bowing out of the beef. he lost + got none of the anticipation of how he would “come back” like what we’re seeing with Iceman

I hope he spazzes so hard on the intro

Make track 1 go number 1 and break MJ record

Scorpion is like “Hits - The album”

All the promo songs/singles for this flopped. Some of them really bad

I agree with the energy part but that’s more for hip hop fans, Not a general audience. The general audience did not give a f*** about the Push beef, They don’t even know who Pusha T is lmao

If this s*** at least had a Gods Plan I’d agree but it doesn’t. I promise general audiences are not tapping in to hear what Drake has to say about Bron

I feel like he’ll be aiming for that concise body of work like he did with Her Loss and HNVM. Just my opinion tho

  • Elemental

I thought it was paid streams only?

Nah, the threshold for paid & ad supported streams dropped.

I wouldn’t factor the summer 25 songs into consideration for this. What did I miss would’ve gone 1 should they have done the stream a day earlier. Other ones were a miss Tho i agree.

Hard to compare summer 25 hype to now. His most liked social media post ever is related to iceman date and it got there in like 2 weeks.

Did the Summer '15 hype not translate to Views?

Did the Spring '18 hype not translate to Scorpion?

Did the Summer '20 & Spring '21 hype not translate to CLB?

I just really don't see how you could say that the music he dropped in Summer '25 is in no way a predictor of where the hype for Iceman is

If there are 600k Drake Stan’s ready to buy this album

Why are there only the same 14 people itt everyday?

why'd you stop your daily "forgot about iceman" posts? that's another day you're in here

Summer 25 people still didn’t miss drake yet. simple as that. it took a year of this new “era” to marinate and see how hip hop has failed to succeed commercially or culturally this year for people to realize who and what was missing. it’s why for the past 3 weeks you have seen media people switching course and fans aswell

You wouldn’t count the songs he premiered on his “Iceman” streams as part of the album “Iceman”?

Even if What Did I Miss went #1 it clearly didn’t have any staying power

ig likes do not equal album sales

Nobody missed Drake in any of those periods I mentioned, he was just white hot commercially so everything he dropped was catching on

Why couldn't he replicate that last summer?

  • Abyss

Iceman will sell more than Gnx by at least a 100k but will probably have the double amount of songs.

This way we will have an forever ongoing argument between Kenfolks and Papi angels since no one can be truly declared the winner

nahh drake will be the clear winner. stop with participation trophies

Also, the average person among the GP isn't thinking about "oh I don't miss Drake enough right now"

If the song is a hit, they're gonna play it no matter what
