Every artist is different and releases music at a different pace. Drake has shown us that he releases solo work at a regular clip annually with not many years skipped. Same for Future, Gunna, etc.
Itās very odd that for Kendrick you act like heās scared to release music, but someone like Travis Scott has only dropped one solo project in the past 6 years and he gets absolved from these same criticisms

no, i think he did commit isolated actions that could reasonably be interpreted that way though. i donāt think thereās a larger pattern there, but i wouldnāt push back on anyone who does interpret it that way either.
Iāve only seen one video or incident so I canāt say larger actions. I think you hold a disdain for Drake in general and thus can nitpick

for streaming, it was initially that first 3 song EP, which he then had to swap out BGR with CR because of clearance issues, making it a 4 song EP if you kept BGR, then he dropped a 5th song No Face as a single rather than as a deluxe
and of course SOD remains leftover
