Im not sayin beating UMG gon be easy but I just feel Drake from as early as Family Matters has collected so much data, evidence, witnesses on his side on the low that they're strapped up already.

I would just say take a wait and see approach for now.. we just got the news of this s***, and we don't know if Gottlieb is just going through the motions and has another petition ready to file, or if they working on getting affidavits from ex UMG employees building case themselves etc etc.. his lawyer is def a G and I'm sure he's building his case but can't be cocky when it comes to lawsuits.. if they had the evidence best believe they'd file it lol.. maybe they are working on getting it and he is doing this as a way to get additional information or even to test the waters on optics and courts palatability of the case.. we have to wait and see how legal strat plays out and what's approved/denied and how Gottlieb moved forward.. I'm of the opinion he may get pre action discovery granted, but even if they don't doesn't mean they don't have more in the tuck
