Beat the game and going forward I wish future Pokémon games have skippae cutscenes, or cutscene skipping on the level of yakuza games.

Game was easy and I took my time catching half the dex , stopped battling npcs after 4th then battled the heavy leveled ones before E4.
All in all the some of the new pokes are cool. Better than swsh.

Only thing new that happened with this release is nintendo offering refunds digitally and you know how Nintendo is with refunding games. Maybe they will actually step in next time with gamefreak.

But I doubt the performance of this could be fixed by just one patch.

Chose Fuecoco as my starter, love his design, plus haven't picked the fire starter for my first playthrough since Diamond, IIRC.

Just reached Mesagoza for the first time, so far have Fuecoco, Fidough, Pawmi and Wooper in my team.

Tbh, haven't experienced any hiccups or glitches in the first two hours or so, but even in handheld the game looks like s*** tbh lmao
Still it's Pokemon and the gameplay far outweighs the graphics department always in these games, but it's such a shame a competent dev will never have a go at this franchise

About 20 hours in. I’ve had 1 crash, but outside of that my experience has been very positive. This game isn’t anywhere close to as f***ed as the reaction from big influencers would have you seem. It’s a double edge sword. The game is fun and more than playable, but the support will send the message they can send out poorly optimized games and people will still buy.

I really do hope we get a patch soon. But as is this is a fun experience for me
