it's all downhill after Gen 5 lmao
Not to mention this

Now, I'll say this won't happen. The slow movement in DP was completely by mistake. GF forgot to go back and raise the speed of the game. That's why it was fixed in Platinum lol
Shows you how truly incompetent that studio is bro.
How do you play test a game and go “Hmm this seems slower than usual” and then not fix it immediately? Like wtf

Yeah man they did this thinking that was the best speed the DS could do. Then realized that it shouldn't have been that slow lol
If anyone hunts shiny Pokemon itt
How hard do you think it would be for me to catch a shiny nickit
That's the only 1 I want

Try the Masuda method with the shiny charm, I forgot the exact odds but it’s the best way

You need to like fill the whole Pokedex to get that right?
What if I just like walk up to 1000 of them without it
I have time
bro if you got the time i suggest the Masuda method its just hatching eggs, I have a foreign ditto if you need one

Catching it just seems more satisfying

Probably like 15 minutes of gameplay if I had to guess. Seems like the standard for Treehouse stuff

It'll probably be a new trailer for BDSP. I don't expect legends.

You don’t think?
Legends comes out January 2022, I feel like they gotta show something right?
Maybe not tho
Legends out in 7 months no way theyre gonna wait until September to show us more unless the game is a major flop

I feel like this direct will be used to more so show what's coming out in the future and to sell the holiday games. I think Legends will have its own direct some time this summer. If they do show Legends I don't expect them to show a ton. Probably show some progress.

It's possible. The game come out next year. Pokemon didn't have their own direct like usual. Nintendo usually use their E3 to show distant future games and holiday/fall games. Legends will probably get its own direct some time in July.

Nah I agree that the direct will be to show off new s***.
I do think that the Treehouse event will be a games coming out within the next year. Iirc that’s how it’s been in the past.
Yeah if they do show Legends I guarantee it’ll be like battle sequences and maybe like some bullshit NPC dialogue
is Snap worth it? i don't really get the premise, you just go around looking at pokemon?

It's a cool time waster. Ask @isellpixels thats his territory.

the original N64 game had "evolution puzzles" or hidden secrets in each level where you could evolve a pokemon with specific mechanic (throwing apples/pesterballs at the right time, etc) thus allowing you to take a photo of a pokemon not normally found when you casually go through a level
the new game dropped that feature altogether
i'm also not a fan of the whole illumina thing, it feels useless and gimmicky tbh
New Pokemon Snap is a skippable one
