Just thought too with gen 5 being the next one up in gen 9, they can do Legends Kyurem but Kyurem as the original dragon before reshiram & zekrom seperated from it. Introduce it as a new Pokemon even if its a Legends story plot exclusive thing & the story is where you have to split Kyurem into the other two since its too dangerous

So many ways the potential new series'can go, but we'll see how the future goes.

With all the unexplained lore present in the old games i hope they dig those up and do something cool with it, like they're gonna do with arceus. He's the god of pokemon but in the ogs you couldn't even get to see him or battle him lmfao

Im talking about framerate issues, resolution, textures and all around polishing. Im quite sure the game wont be just "catch all pokemon" so im not that much worried about that

Its just a 1:1 remake from the looks of it, like Soulsilver Heartgold.

Giratina might (which still isnt confirmed) be tied in like plat, but i wouldnt expect anything beyond that.

Soulsilver & heartgold did have Crystal's suicune story incorporated although it was a bit different, & Firered Leafgreen did get Sevii Islands, so the possibility is there.

Just dont expect a Delta Episode.

I doubt it man. Wouldnt make sense & plus its out in 2 months so i think they would def give at least a tease. They love their teases, even DLC for sw/sh which is basically just their replacement for a 3rd version, was teased super early.

I would only see dlc for an Arceus "Episode", but Legends is clearly the Arceus part & Legends is obv where their main attention has been with how radically different & elevating it seems.

I do think a "1:1" remake should have still been in the sw/sh updated modern style. I think its kinda bull what it looks like & im not interested anymore in the remakes.

This only makes sense imo if they were releasing it for mobile as well, but all their attention & money is obv on Legends.

Every other remake this far has been done in the style of gen it comes out in. Legends is in the style while elvating it even more, while PD is in a weird middle stage.

Im v excited for Legends, but the actual remakes are odd.

well its GF and TPC and Nintendo that all must approve of the state of the game before it goes out

if there are obvious frame rate issues in rhe main parts of the game, thatll come back at Nintendo

GF deserves blame for the PS2 wild areas of Sw/Sh but they came ready with excuses

now that GF is based at Nintendo and Nintendo is the publisher of the games there is no excuse that GF can pull and Nintendo should be allocating designers to polish rather than just having GF do it

early 2022 could mean a late April release giving them 14 months from now or even more from when this trailer was created

also expect them to delay it til Holiday 2022 if there's anymore pandemic problems

Ultima literally felt personally attacked because i said that having Sw/Sh was better than nothing at all and at least new generations of kids are wildly interested in Pokemon now since it seemed like the franchise wasnt hitting the youth as much as the adults who grew up with it

he literally blocked me for feeling that way in response to his complete negativity over and over

im proud of the franchise regardless of the mistakes much like i am with Halo and Final Fantasy

The way i see it is they made the remakes just so people would shut up about it
