dankuloAs a PC only player that has no interest in consoles, this ps5 is going to be on par with your average gaming PC. it's pretty sick tbh. I think there will no longer be a reasonable reason to say that a PC is definitively better now. It's pure personal preference now.

AP3Consoles are still behind PC and will always be in terms of specs. I decided to go with PC + Switch combo moving forward. It won’t be that great of a difference between PS4 and PS5.
bruh are you kidding?! ps4 to ps5 is going to be an astronomical difference with the ssd. they said it's like as big of an updgrade as ps1 to ps2 if not bigger

If the ps4 ran games with the pc graphic settings it would get like 5-10 FPS maybe
The pc is a better value in my opinion because it gives you an experience the consoles can’t. It’s just not comparable once you play on pc with ultra settings console games just look like dogshit

I keep forgetting about international costs my b. That does suck. I hope you can find a 1440p 144hz soon. Skip 4k altogether and just get 1440p whenever you find a reasonable price.

At launch consoles are much better value than a PC and that's a fact. PS5/XSX are around 2080-2080 Super in terms of power all for ~ $500. A PC as powerful (spec wise) would run you at least $800, and it won't even be as powerful when you factor in the optimizations consoles can get.
If you plan on buying a console later in the generation, it's probably more worth it to just buy a modern PC

To get the PS5 to run games at 4k 60fps they’ll have to turn graphic settings all the way down and lock them. It won’t be like a pc with a 2080 super lol

bro just go spec it out. it'll be so hard for sony to turn a profit for less than that, even with good manufacture deals. I can only see $500 if they plan on losing money on the hardware and making it back through services.

Yeah facts. 4k is unnecessary imo for PC gaming. Might upgrade to 1440p in a few years when mid range GPUs can run it at 144hz
