"Each Sunday, Pitchfork takes an in-depth look at a significant album from the past, and any record not in our archives is eligible. Today, we look back at the Atlanta rapper’s extremely raw 2014 mixtape, a mask-off heel turn that stands as the best release of Future’s career."

pitchfork is a mixed bag but they do have some really great writers and pieces sometimes that "a week with charli" journalist piece they did last week was some of the best music writing i've read in a while, it's just they push and platform a charlatan like alphonse who can't write his way out of a paper bag
