I completely agree. The only downfall I can see is the offense getting stagnant and defense’s keying in on the particular tendencies of that coach’s scheme. Need someone willing to evolve their scheme

That last sentence! THAT is what I have been begging for since we fired Chip!

Too many coaches are stuck in their ways and too stubborn to change. We see the successful ones adjust. Andy is an example of that. I think McDaniels will continue to be successful for that same reason. One thing about Nick is that he seems receptive to change, but this off-season still be the big test to see if he really is, pending his status with the team after the season at least.

rather just fire nick. unfortunately his scheme has given me no hope. and i've seen in a couple different programs where a coordinator has to work with the scheme/playbook given to him from the HC, and OCs cycle through with no change. yes he can overhaul it, but not sure it's worth the risk of ruining what you can call a "win now window"

there is also something to say about how a coach handles themselves when things get tough, and im not sure nick has handled himself well. too many empty words.

where does one even begin with the coaching carousel? I most certainly don't want anyone's retread ex-HC. i suppose the org needs to look at the "overachievers" and see what talent they have on their staffs.
